At McBrideGlam, we are committed to providing a seamless, luxury beauty experience from the moment you inquire to the moment you walk down the aisle. Please review our booking policies below before reserving your appointment.

To reserve your appointment or wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed service agreement are required. Your reservation is not confirmed until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

The retainer will be applied toward your total service balance.

• Venmo

• Cash App

• Apple Pay

For bridal bookings, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding date.

For non-bridal appointments, the remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because your date is reserved exclusively for you, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the appointment will forfeit the retainer.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the total service balance.

• A minimum of three services is required for all on-location wedding bookings.

• Wedding dates are secured only after the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding date.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Additional changes may require a new retainer.

Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more after their scheduled start time may receive an abbreviated service or have their appointment canceled to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.

Bridal trials are reserved separately from your wedding day services and do not secure your wedding date. They are designed to perfect your bridal vision and ensure every detail is tailored before your special day.

Your comfort and safety are our highest priorities. All brushes, tools, and products are thoroughly sanitized between each client using professional sanitation standards. Please inform your artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns before your appointment to ensure the best possible experience.
